Purpose designed as the perfect executive or family retreat and holiday rental home The Guesthouse includes three bedrooms, a double (queen) with ensuite, a double (king) which can be reconfigured to a twin and one twin with two king single beds. In addition there is a foldout double to the Rumpus room. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with quality German appliances while the separate lounge and dining areas contain a wood burner fireplace. Stereo, DVD, TV (sky digital) compliment the entertainment areas with the front decks extensive ocean views and sheltered rear courtyard with barbeque and outdoor dining. The Guesthouse was architect designed to complement its special natural surroundings with touches like its natural New Zealand timber hardwood floors, stone fireplace and beamed ceilings.
